A Lamekatused OÜ

Direct access to general contractors and new quote requests

Händrju Aas, board member of A Lamekatused OÜ, wanted to reach the right project and site managers at general contractors. He describes how Myralum’s outreach campaign brought quote requests and helped establish direct business contacts.

Work and enquiries mainly came through friends of friends. Finding the right person responsible for a project was difficult.

We mapped general contractors and their live projects from registry data and web research, found the estimator or project manager responsible for each one, and wrote a short Estonian email in Händrju’s name with a single question: is the flat-roof contractor for this project already in place? Replies and quote requests with drawings went straight to him.

Händrju recalls receiving four or five quote requests in one day and visiting project and site managers. He says his goal of getting his name and company known at head offices was achieved.

Why it matters

Direct contacts give him the opportunity to quote for an entire project, including materials. He explains how additional subcontracting layers take a share of the margin.

Customer-reported experience. Four or five quote requests refers to one day, not a guaranteed daily average. The interview does not establish won contracts or revenue. Figures from the first two weeks of the campaign, 11–24 September 2026.

“It is definitely worth it. At first the price was a little daunting, but it is worth every cent.”
